【摘 要】信息学基础研究在定性和定量分析的前提下集中论述(信息的)内容(意)、形式(文)、本质(义)等问题,并在信息形式化、部门信息学以及一般信息学等领域提出“语义、信息与智”的统一理论(框架). 文章主要探讨信息概念(定义和分类)并采用协同智能科学的观点和方法,对当前有代表性的几个较为典型的信息观和方法论作了点评。

根据信息科学交叉研究学术研讨会200511月正式录用的三篇论文,按论文集要求编辑修订为一篇稿件,它实际上是《信息学基础研究》专著的绪言,同时,也可暂代即将创立的《信息学基础研究》期刊的序言。

Abstract

Fundamental Research on Informatics focuses on discussing content (concept), form (word), and essence (relation) based on Qualitative Analysis and Quantitative Analysis, and put forward the Unified Theory (Frame) of Semantic Information Processing in the domain of Formalization, Branch and General Informatics. Here we mainly discussed the definition of information according to my recent research and also discussed several currently typical viewpoints and methodologies on Informatics by using the viewpoint and method according to the Theory of Co-Intelligence.

SEMANTIC INFORMATION AND INTELLIGENCE

AbstractAccording to my opinion, Intelligence means Information Processing and Information is made up of Modal Information and Semantic Information. The two sides are quite different from each other. As we all know, the concept of (Modal) Information based on the view of Hartley and Shannon is well-defined. But the problem is that the concept of Semantic Information is ill-defined and subjective .I think that this view of (Semantic) Information is according to Wiener s opinion of that the World is made of Mass, Energy and Information. And now we know that the Physical World includes Mass, Energy, Time and Space, and we also know that the Informational World includes Thing, Concept, Symbol, Relation [1].So the point of my view on Semantic Information and Intelligence in this paper is that Intelligence is showing how the main body or bodies along with their agents Processing from Modal Information to Semantic Information or the other way round. The phrases of Common Information and Especial Information have been used to refer to Semantic Information rather than Modal Information. That s why I use I = D –K [2] to refer to Semantic Information for Co-Intelligence System (CIS). According to Information Formula, Semantic Cube and Webs can be built much easier by CIS.

It is quite different from my new view on Semantic Information which is based on the view of Information by Hartley-Shannon and the view of Semantic Information by the others. According to Theory on One’s Cooperating with Computer, I come to the conclusion that Hartley-Shannon’s “Information” is “Data” while the others is Knowledge”, for Data within a Data-Base or One’s Brain only including Information and Knowledge. So I understood that Information Formula on General Information Science is: I = D - K and it means that Information equals to the Residual Data or equals to the Knowledge being about to acquire; Broadly Sensed Information must include Data, Narrowly Sensed Information and Knowledge. According to my experience on the study of Semantics, we should think much of the most Basic Semantic Problems on Lexical Semantics and on Logical Semantics discussed thoroughly by Linguists and by Logicians, especially by Computational Linguists recently. 理论信息学与基础信息学的比较研究

摘要:当前学界关于信息科学的理论探讨和基础研究,有“信息哲学、信息统一理论、信息科学交叉研究”三个初具一定影响的学术群体。这些研究人员对该领域科学范式的形成将做出各自应有的知识创新及贡献,因而,可望组成该领域的科学共同体。其中,有人分别从理论和基础两个着眼点出发,提出了各自独特的研究方法,并且得到了相应的研究结果及结论。本文拟以师生对话的方式,对理论信息学(武汉李宗荣)与基础信息学(珠海邹晓辉)的信息观、方法论、基本方法、主要研究结果及结论以及可能的作用或影响,进行一番系统的比较研究。试图探寻建立信息科学理论体系及其基础框架乃至整个知识大厦的可能途径。着重探讨跨学科的“信息科学交叉研究”学者各自理论的立足点、基本假设及其限制条件。借鉴并参考了“三个学术群体”其他学者的有关研究成果。不仅分析并探讨了该领域存在的主要基础理论问题,而且,还特别分析并探讨了数学、逻辑学、物理学、信息学的区别和联系以及四个方面的体系特点和科学本质,以此为依据对理论信息学与基础信息学的学科特点及其归属的问题进行了初步的探讨。希望对学界同行的相关研究有所助益!
